They are to obtain revenue receipt from the Bursary, University of Uyo on presentation of the Bank Draft.
They should in addition collect a Supplementary Admission Form from the Faculty Officer of the Faculty they apply to, on presentation of the receipt.
Candidates are advised in their own interest to collect only one application form. They should complete the form and return same within seven days from the day of this advertisement, to the same Faculty Officer that issued the form.
Candidates who collect more than one form will NOT have their forms processed.
