Uniuyo 2010/2011 Supplementary Admission

Candidates who scored 180 and above in both the 2010 UTME and the 2010 Post-UTME screening exercise, but could not gain admission into their first choice courses, are eligible to apply for supplementary Admission into other programmes relevant to their UTME subject combination.

Agric. Econs & Extension, Animal Science, Crop Science, Fisheries & Aquaculture, Food Science & Technology, Forestry & Wildlife, Home Economics, Soil Science.

1. Faculty of Arts:

Efik/Ibibio, Foreign Language (French), Linguistics, Music, Religious & Cultural Studies, Philosophy, Theatre Arts.

1. Faculty of Education:
1. Department of Curriculum Studies, Educational Management & Planning:  English Education, French Education, Religion Education, History Education, Efik/Ibibio Education, Fine Arts Education, Music Education.

 

1. Department of Early Childhood & Special Education:

Pre-Primary & Primary Education, Special Education.

1. Department of Physical & Health  Education:

Physical Education, Health Education.

1. Department of Vocational Education:

Accounting Education, Agriculture Education, Home Economics Education, Technical Education: Auto/Metal Technology, Electricity/Electronic Technology, Wood/Building Technology.

1. Department of Science Education

Chemistry Education, Physics Education, Mathematics Education, Integrated Science Education.
  

1. Department Educational Foundation, Guidance and Counseling:

1. Faculty of Engineering:

1. Faculty of Social Sciences:

Eligible candidates are to pay the sum of N1,000.00 in Bank draft made payable to the University of Uyo in the following designated banks:

 

 They are to obtain revenue receipt from the Bursary, University of Uyo on presentation of the Bank Draft.

They should in addition collect a Supplementary Admission Form from the Faculty Officer of the Faculty they apply to, on presentation of the receipt.
Candidates are advised in their own interest to collect only one application form.  They should complete the form and return same within seven days from the day of this advertisement, to the same Faculty Officer that issued the form.

Candidates who collect more than one form will NOT have their forms processed.
Candidates are informed that the limited numbers of vacancies that exist in the above-named Faculties are only for candidates who have high scores in the Post-UTME screening exercise and Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
