It is mandatory and compulsory that every Nigerian admitted to study any course in any of the various institutions of learning in the country go for medical check-ups before being fully accepted in the school.
This exercise among other things is targeted at making sure that genotypes, blood groups, and other medical/health status of the candidates is kept on record. An exercise worth taking!
The University of Port Harcourt therefore wish to inform her newly admitted students that the deadline for the medical check-ups is at hand. As a matter of fact, it will stop two weeks from the date of this publication.
We therefore advice any student admitted into UNIPORT 2011/2012 to quickly go for the medicals!
