LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY{LASU} hike in tution fees.

From the report i got this morning from a friend in lasu. He told me that the turn out on monday was low. An estimated population of 3,000 sat for their post ume exams. It's only a one-day exam. In the previous years their turn out have been over 15,000 and 20,000 etc. In the information i gathered from some of my friends who sat for the exam also told me that the reason for the low turn out was due to the expensive tution fee which was not like before in the previous year(s). For this reason,candidates of lasu who included the university as their first or second choice stayed back at home. The amount we are talking about is #348,000. While for non science courses is #190,000. Sincerely,this those not favour the poor masses.
