Requirements for UNILAG Screening 2012/2013 for Admitted Students

All candidates who will be going for screening exercise in the University of Lagos should take note of the requirements to come along with.

1. 3 copies of the screening form printed online.
2. Complete the form appropriately and attach your passport to each of the 3 copies printed.
3. Make sure you print the original JAMB result slip and the original admission letter.
