SCREENING EXERCISE FOR UTME
AND DIRECT
ENTRY CANDIDATES
All candidates who have applied
for admission and made
Adekunle Ajasin University, their
First
or Second choice in the
2010/2011 Unified Tertiary
Matriculation Examination (UTME)
held in
April 2010 with a score of 200
and above, as well as Direct Entry
applicants for the 2010/2011
Academic Session are hereby
invited for Pre-Admission
Screening. It should be noted
that this is a
mandatory entry requirement.

The Screening Exercise will take
place at the University Campus.
The schedule for the Screening
is strictly as shown below.

Method of Application:
All candidates are to immediately
register on-line on the University
website. www.ajasin.edu.ng.
Entry closes on Thursday 8th July,
2010. Access to on-line
registration is by payment of
Three
thousand Naira (N3,000.00) to
cover the following:
(i) N1,000.00 administrative
charge;
(ii) N2,000.00 for on-line
application and result checking.
Candidate can purchase scratch

Instruction on Candidates:
(i) Log on to www.ajasin.edu.ng
(ii) Click on Post UTME Screening
Form.
(iii) Enter your UTME Registration
Number
(iv) Enter scratch card serial
number
(v) Enter the Pin Number
(vi) Upload colour passport
photograph (not more than
20KB) with RED background
in JPEG format
(vii) Complete the form, confirm
and submit
(viii) Print a copy of the
completed Application Form.
Candidates must bring along the
completed Application Form to
qualify for screening.
Any candidate who fails to
present himself/herself for
screening as scheduled
automatically
forfeits his/her chance of being
considered for admission into
the University.
Candidates are to note that
Mobile Hand Sets are not allowed
into the venue of the Screening
Exercise.
