FUTO Supplementary Admission Forms: Application Starts August 28

In continuation of the 2012/2013 admission exercise, the university will start the sales of the supplementary admission form on Tuesday 28th August 2012.

Interested candidates who made FUTO their 1st and 2nd choices, who must have sat for the 2012/2013 Post UTME in FUTO and who scored a minimum of 180 in the FUTO pume can now apply through the following process.

1. Payment of the sum of #10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only) at any of the following banks using e-transact platform.

BANKS-Diamond bank,Dirst bank,FCMB,and UBA.

2.download 1 supplementary admission form per candidate from the futo website www.futo.edu.ng and complete.

3. The completed supplementary admission form are then returned not later than Tuesday 11th September 2012 to the admission unit, Registry Annex with photocopies of the following items-
i.E-tranzact slip,
ii. JAMB result slip,
iii. FUTO Post UTME result slip.

Minimum Score Requirements for Various Courses
There will be NO SUPPLEMENTARY in: Elect/elect, Mechanical,Petroleum,Chemical Engineering,Computer Science.


Minimum score of 240 and above in average for:-
Dental tech, Optical tech, Public health tech, Civil engineering.


Minimum score of 220 and above in average for:-
Prosthesis and Orth tech, Project management tech, Biochem, Ind micro biology, Information management tech, Geology, Material &Met Engineering and Polymer and textile engineering.


Minimum score of 200 and above in average for:-
Agric Engineering, Food science and tech, Biotechn, Agric econs, Transport management tech, Maritime management tech, Financial manag tech, Biomedical tech,ind physics,ind chem,biology,maths,science lab,statistics.


Minimum score of 180 and above in average for:-
agric ext,animal sci tech,crop sci tech,fishery&aq tech,forestory &wildlife tech,soil sci tech,building tech,environment tech,landscape architectural tech,quantity surveying tech,surveyin &geoinformatics,urban®ional planning.

PLEASE NOTE:

1.That before the above average cut off scores can be used, the candidate should have a minimum of 180
in jamb and the futo pume for departments in saat,smat,soet and soht and 200
each in jamb and pume for dept in seet and sosc.

2.That candidates should not complete the forms into more than one department as this will attract outright disqualification.
