Answers to some Futa Questions
The management of the Federal University of Technology, Akure-FUTA has published a message mandating for the postponement of the proposed closing date for the FUTA 2011/2012 Predegree and Undergraduate Diploma in Science application.
The new dates are as shown below:
1. Deadline for submission of application for FUTA predegree is Friday, 18th November, 2011 while the qualification test comes up on 23rd and 24th of November, 2011.
2. Deadline for submission of application for FUTA Undergraduate Diploma in Science is Wednesday, 18th January, 2012 while the qualifying test comes up on Saturday, 21st January, 2012.
Following this announcement, interested candidates can still apply for these programmes by following the instructions below.
STEPS for FUTA 2011/2012 UDS/PDS online Registration
This online Admission Application Form Filling is in three (3) stages and you must duely complete each stage before procedding to the next one.
Stage 1-[Pre-Registration]
Candidate must first obtain a reference number by filling the "Pre-Registration Form" and submitting it. Information on the Pre-Registartion are vital and important to your successful online admission apllication form filling, so you must take it serious.
Stage 2-[Payment to Bank]
Candidate must go to their respective banks and fill the bank teller.Note that the depositor's name on the bank teller must be the reference number you have obtained after filling and submitting the "Pre-Registration Form".
Click here to view how the bank teller will look like. After the payment has been made to the bank, the candidate will receive a text message on the GSM number provided during the Pre-Registration to go ahead to stage 3 which is the Admission Application Registration Properly.
This pocesss may take up to 24-42 hours or less after payment,so you will have to exercise patience.
Stage 3-[Admission Application Registration]
After completing stage 2 ,candidate will now use the reference number obtained during the Pre-Registration to login and complete the Admission Application Registration.
Note that every information you give on the form will be considered to be authentic and correct and will be used against you during your screening into the programme.
So make sure you supply the information you have and don't give FALSE information in your own interest
